Fingerprinting Services Online Booking

Thanks for booking an appointment with us. Please make sure to bring two pieces of valid government issued IDs, and one of them must be a photo ID. Photocopy is not accepted.

Frequently Asked Questions:

(1) How long will it take for my fingerprints to be taken?

Our process is fast, efficient and clean. A complete fingerprint session normally takes approximately 15 minutes to complete.

(2) Who will send the result? Where will my result be sent to?

We will capture your fingerprints and gather your application details, then send to RCMP. RCMP will compare the fingerprint package against the RCMP’s criminal record database, and then issue a police clearance accordingly.

RCMP will send the result directly to the address that you requested which may be your home address or a designated third party organization (e.g.: Citizenship or Immigration Office, your lawyer/consultant’s office, professional association office, government organizations, etc.)

(3) How long will it take for digital fingerprints to be processed by the RCMP?

No Criminal Record: 5 – 10 business days

WITH Criminal Record: 120 days or more

If the applicant does not have a criminal record and has never been fingerprinted for a criminal offence in Canada, the RCMP will make every effort possible to process the request within 72 hours of receiving the electronic submission. The results are mailed to the address provided and extra time should be allowed for delivery by Canada Post. If there is a criminal record, or if your fingerprints need to be processed manually for any reason, the processing time could be increased to 120 days or more.
